1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der mobilen Applikation „OnTime" (im Folgenden „App"), die von Alfred Allotey (im Folgenden „Anbieter") entwickelt und betrieben wird. Mit dem Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen der App erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden.

2. Leistungsbeschreibung

OnTime ist eine Terminmanagement-App, die folgende Funktionen bietet:

Erstellen und Verwalten von Terminen
Berechnung und Teilen der voraussichtlichen Ankunftszeit (ETA)
Import von Kalenderterminen
Echtzeit-Standortfreigabe für geteilte Termine
Chat-Funktion zwischen Terminbeteiligten
Gamification-System mit Punkten und Levels

3. Registrierung und Konto

Für die Nutzung der App ist eine Registrierung über eine Mobiltelefonnummer oder Apple Sign-In erforderlich. Sie sind verpflichtet, wahrheitsgemäße Angaben zu machen und Ihre Zugangsdaten vertraulich zu behandeln. Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit über die App-Einstellungen oder über unsere Kontolöschungsseite löschen.

4. Premium-Abonnements

OnTime bietet optionale Premium-Abonnements mit erweiterten Funktionen an:

Wöchentlich: Automatisch verlängerbares Abonnement auf Wochenbasis
Monatlich: Automatisch verlängerbares Abonnement auf Monatsbasis
Jährlich: Automatisch verlängerbares Abonnement auf Jahresbasis

4.1 Zahlungsbedingungen

Die Zahlung wird über Ihr Apple-ID- bzw. Google-Play-Konto abgewickelt.
Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird.
Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums Ihrem Konto belastet.
Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit in den Kontoeinstellungen Ihres App-Stores verwalten und kündigen.

4.2 Kostenlose Testphase

Sofern eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten wird, endet diese automatisch und geht in ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement über, sofern Sie nicht vor Ablauf der Testphase kündigen. Nicht genutzte Teile einer kostenlosen Testphase verfallen bei Abschluss eines Abonnements.

5. Nutzungsregeln

Sie verpflichten sich, die App nur im Rahmen der geltenden Gesetze zu nutzen. Insbesondere ist es untersagt:

Die App für illegale, belästigende oder schädliche Zwecke zu verwenden
Falsche oder irreführende Informationen bereitzustellen
Die App zu manipulieren, zu dekompilieren oder zurückzuentwickeln (Reverse Engineering)
Das Gamification-System durch automatisierte oder betrügerische Mittel zu manipulieren
Andere Nutzer zu belästigen oder deren Privatsphäre zu verletzen

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Rechte an der App, einschließlich Design, Code, Grafiken und Inhalte, liegen beim Anbieter. Die Nutzung der App gewährt Ihnen eine nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur persönlichen Nutzung.

7. Standortdaten

Die App nutzt Standortdaten zur Berechnung der Ankunftszeit (ETA) und zur Erkennung der Ankunft am Terminort. Hintergrund-Standortzugriff wird verwendet, um die ETA auch bei geschlossener App aktuell zu halten. Die Standortfreigabe erfolgt ausschließlich mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung. 8. Werbung

Die kostenlose Version der App kann Werbung enthalten. Für personalisierte Werbung wird Ihre Zustimmung gemäß den App Tracking Transparency-Richtlinien eingeholt. Premium-Nutzer genießen ein werbefreies Erlebnis.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Der Anbieter übernimmt keine Gewähr für die ununterbrochene, fehlerfreie oder sichere Verfügbarkeit der App. Insbesondere übernimmt der Anbieter keine Haftung für:

Ungenauigkeiten bei der ETA-Berechnung
Verspätungen aufgrund technischer Fehler
Datenverlust aufgrund von Umständen außerhalb der Kontrolle des Anbieters
Schäden, die aus der Nutzung oder Nichtnutzung der App entstehen

10. Änderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen

Der Anbieter behält sich vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden über die App oder per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.

11. Kündigung

Der Anbieter kann Ihren Zugang zur App bei Verstoß gegen diese Nutzungsbedingungen einschränken oder beenden. Sie können die Nutzung der App jederzeit beenden, indem Sie die App deinstallieren und ggf. Ihr Konto löschen.

12. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, der Sitz des Anbieters.

📄 Terms of Use – OnTime

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile application "OnTime" (hereinafter "App"), developed and operated by Alfred Allotey (hereinafter "Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Services

OnTime is an appointment management app that provides the following features:

Creating and managing appointments
Calculating and sharing estimated time of arrival (ETA)
Calendar import
Real-time location sharing for shared appointments
Chat functionality between appointment participants
Gamification system with points and levels

3. Registration and Account

Registration via a mobile phone number or Apple Sign-In is required to use the App. You are obligated to provide truthful information and to keep your access credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or our account deletion page.

4. Premium Subscriptions

OnTime offers optional premium subscriptions with extended features:

Weekly: Auto-renewable subscription on a weekly basis
Monthly: Auto-renewable subscription on a monthly basis
Yearly: Auto-renewable subscription on a yearly basis

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment is processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your app store account settings.

4.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will end automatically and convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Rules of Use

You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws. In particular, it is prohibited to:

Use the App for illegal, harassing, or harmful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Manipulate, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App
Manipulate the gamification system through automated or fraudulent means
Harass other users or violate their privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, graphics, and content, belong to the Provider. Use of the App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.

7. Location Data

The App uses location data to calculate estimated arrival times (ETA) and to detect arrival at appointment locations. Background location access is used to keep the ETA up to date even when the App is closed. Location sharing only occurs with your explicit consent. 8. Advertising

The free version of the App may contain advertising. Your consent will be obtained for personalized advertising in accordance with App Tracking Transparency guidelines. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the App. In particular, the Provider assumes no liability for:

Inaccuracies in ETA calculations
Delays due to technical errors
Data loss due to circumstances beyond the Provider's control
Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

10. Changes to Terms of Use

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

The Provider may restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your account if applicable.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Provider's place of business.
